The Villa is located in the highly popular and private residential area of Levantina just a short drive from Sitges town center and beaches.

Entrance level

This floor is the family suite as to access bedroom 2 is via bedroom 1, both rooms have access to their own terrace via floor to ceiling patio doors.

• On this level is a bathroom with shower.

Second level

Access down a wide feature staircase giving the first opportunity to see the vast living area.

• On this level there is an open plan kitchen fully equipped for all your holiday cooking needs, a large dining area and the lounge area where there is
  a flat scene TV in case you get fed up of the views.
• This floor has floor to ceiling patio doors that open up onto another large terrace area where there are dining table and chairs for alfresco dining very handy as it is the same floor as the kitchen. There is also a bathroom on this floor.

One of the signatures features of Legorretta’s work ( architect) is utilized in Hill Top Villa , and this is the use of custom made small square deep coffer windows that allow sunlight to fill a room through the winter months but restrict it during the summer months, enabling the house to remain both cool and light.

Unfortunately, the Villa is not suitable for wheelchair users.
